To organize your membership, communication, billing, and monthly delivery, we require your:
On the 12th of each month, you will receive a reminder that our upcoming forecasting and billing period is approaching. This gives everyone time to prepare before orders are submitted. If there are any à la carte options you would like to add for the upcoming month, this is also the time to let us know so they can be included with your order.
On the 14th of each month, you will receive a message asking that your invoice be paid by 12:00 noon. Our supplier is located in Chicago, Illinois, and it takes time to fulfill the community's monthly orders. The noon deadline helps us finalize forecasting and process everything on schedule.
Your monthly order will be delivered on the 1st of each month.
